5.1 bv888 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This KYC process may also be triggered at any other time at bv888's reasonable discretion.
5.2 To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide copies of valid government-issued identification — typically your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — and proof of your registered payment method. 5.3 Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. bv888 aims to process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of complete documentation.
5.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from bv888 may result in Account suspension and restricted access to Platform services.

6.5 JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your bv888 Account balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant banking institution.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that (a) is registered in the same name as the bv888 Account holder and (b) was used to make at least one deposit to the Account, or has been verified as a legitimate personal account by bv888's compliance team.

9.4 Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the physical table in operation. Where a discrepancy arises between the stated rules and the physical table outcome, the outcome of the physical table shall prevail subject to the live dealer operator's own dispute resolution procedures.

10.5 Match result bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For PSL and other Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) events, official PCB results are used for settlement purposes.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bv888 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

12.1 bv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.
12.2 Upon Account termination for cause (including but not limited to breach of these Terms), any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds held in the Account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any outstanding investigation.
12.3 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting bv888 support. Any outstanding Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to KYC completion.
